Dr. Chris Ekiyor President IYC Worldwide has
inaugurated the North American Chapter of IYC.
This was done during the president's visit to America
from the 17th of April to the 4th of May 2008.
Mr.
Andrew Isiayei aka OTUTU, a member of the
Advisory committees of Olabrakonpre, Ogbokonne and
Kemekedoumene Communities. was elected as Chairman.
Mr. Andrew is the son of late, Hon Chief V.C.M
Isiayei (JP) of Agge and Amatu Communities in Ekeremor
Local Government Area of Bayelsa State. His mother
is Mrs.Roseline Tima Isiayei of Odimodi and Ogulagha in
Burutu LGA, Delta State.
He is a permanent resident of the State of New
York in the United States of America.
He is married to Stella Miebi Isiayei, nee
Igangan, of Ogbe Ijoh in Warri South West LGA of Delta
State.

They are blessed with 2 kids, Lucy Konne and
Guy Miebi, Isiayei. They are based in New York city.
He is also the the traditional title holder of
the Fiewei of Amatu1, and the Agbalakoko of Khou
